At Tree of Dates, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Products must be returned unopened and in their original condition.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm it is unopened, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
